Nothing changes a loft, landing or extension like proper daylight from above. We install Velux and other roof windows into tile and slate roofs across Hampshire, Wiltshire and Dorset, from a single replacement to a full bank of three, with the flashing kits and weatherproofing detail done right so they never let a drop in.

New roof windows cut into tile or slate roofs, with the timber trimming, flashing kit and internal weatherproofing all part of the job.
Old, fogged or leaking roof windows swapped for modern units that are warmer, quieter and easier to open.
The right flashing kit for your covering, fitted properly. A roof window is only as good as the seal around it.
Pairs and triple banks set out evenly, like the slate-roof installation in the photos above, for rooms that want serious light.

Usually not. Most roof windows fall under permitted development. Inside the New Forest National Park, in conservation areas or on listed buildings the rules tighten, and we will flag that at the quote stage if it applies to you.
Yes. Slate needs more careful cutting and flashing than interlocking tile, but it is regular work for us. The triple bank in the photos on this page is in a slate roof.
Less than most people expect. Straightforward installations are often completed within a day per window, the roof is left weather-tight, and the mess stays outside.
Velux is what most customers ask for and what we fit most, but we can install other makes of roof window if you have one in mind.
